If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to assist you with the return process.

Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products being hand-made, we can only accept returns for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Please make sure to include all original tags and accessories.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or the Contact Us form on our website. We will provide you with a return authorisation number and guide you through the process.

Once you have received your return authorisation number, please securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, we kindly ask that you follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
